REFUND POLICY

HYDROPRENEURS is dedicated to providing excellent service to every customer.  

We believe that you should feel open to working with us. We have a STRICT NO REFUND POLICY under any circumstances due to the nature of our business and the quick availability of our products.  

We provide a 7-day replacement policy:
  • If any manufacturing defects prevent our items from performing optimally.
  • If you have defective goods, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.
The following are not eligible for replacement:
  •  Misuse, malfunction, or manipulated serial numbers might cause product damage.
  • Digital products and services.
  • Products must be returned in their original packing and accessories, including the box and other included goods
  • Customers are responsible for funding the shipping fees related to the product replacement on their end.
