MOLECULAR HYDROGEN
Molecular hydrogen (H2) or diatomic hydrogen is a colorless tasteless, odorless gas. If ordinary drinking water is infused with H2 molecules, it turns into Hydrogen-rich Water.
When infused into drinking water, it will not affect the taste of it. Hydrogen gas seems to add a smooth texture to water, making hydrogen-rich water pleasant to drink.
Water is made up of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. However, the hydrogen that contributes to the formation of water is bonded to the water molecule and is not available in free form.
Studies have demonstrated water containing dissolved hydrogen gas at a concentration of 0.5 mg/L (ppm) to 1.6 mg/L (ppm), can provide therapeutic effects to the human body. Whereas, hydrogen gas found in normal drinking water amounts to 8.65×10-7 mg/l which is approximately 0.8 ppt (parts per trillion) and is not considered therapeutic.
Hydrogen-rich water is water infused with hydrogen gas (H2). This indicates that hydrogen molecules (H2) are dissolved in water but do not form bonds with the water molecules. Hydrogen-rich water can be made via bubbling H2 gas into water, electrolysis, hydrogen water generators (HIM), H2-producing tablets, etc.
H2 is the lightest and smallest molecule, hence it can escape from almost anything. Hydrogen water, like carbonated beverages, flattens with time, particularly if left exposed to the environment. H2 appears to have a half-life of around 2 hours when kept in an open glass or exposed to air. For example, if you had a glass of hydrogen-rich water with a 2 mg/L (ppm) concentration, if you did not drink it, it would be about 1 mg/L (ppm) after 2 hours. Hence it is important to consume it fresh or within a relatively short period.
According to research, H2 has the potential to provide a wide range of benefits. Some of the most basic are selective antioxidant-like properties, anti-inflammatory effects, anti-allergy effects, neuroprotective effects, enhanced cellular metabolism, and so on.
H2 is highly natural and native to the human body since it is created by gut flora in the human digestive system (small and large intestine). It’s been demonstrated that H2 has a very high safety profile, based on research studies and experiments with no cytotoxicity.
Hydrogen-rich water is beneficial to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, including animals. Everyone (adults and children) is exposed to oxidation, which can cause oxidative stress. Hydrogen-rich water is an excellent alternative for everyday water consumption since it has been found to minimize oxidative stress while having no known cytotoxic effects on the body. H2 is the smallest molecule in the universe and also a neutral molecule that can penetrate every part of the human body, even into the smallest compartments of the human cells. H2 can pass through all human barriers like blood-brain barrier, Placenta, Testis, etc., and provides therapeutic benefits to virtually every organ and part of the human body.
There is no conventional suggestion for how much hydrogen to consume. However, several research has employed dosages of 2-3 mg per day for healthy individuals whereas 3-5mg per day for Sick. It is essential to consult with a healthcare practitioner to establish the optimal dosage depending on your specific health needs.
Scientific investigations have shown that molecular hydrogen (via hydrogen water, hydrogen inhalation, etc.) possesses anti-oxidant-like properties. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated to remove fine particles from your blood and lungs that are caused by harmful environmental components like as pollution. Particulate matter is harmful to the body and can cause several diseases.
Temperature, agitation, and surface area all have a direct effect on the rate of H2 dissolution and dissipation in water. A 500-mL open container of dissolved hydrogen water has a half-life of approximately two hours. As a result, if left in the open at room temperature with no turbulence, the initial H2 concentration of 2 mg/L would most likely be about 1 mg/L after two hours. However, the dissipation rate is not perfectly linear.

H2 FRESH
We may fill our bottles with mineral, spring, distilled, or RO water. It was designed to provide hydrogen-rich water, independent of the source.
H2 Fresh bottle creates a high concentration of stable hydrogen water in two cycles. A 5-minute cycle produces a concentration of 3000+ ppb, but a 10-minute cycle delivers an amazing 5000+ ppb concentration.

Whenever the battery is nearly drained, the LED light will blink “red”. Before using the bottle, please charge the battery to its full capacity.
The vent is used to expel chlorine gas, ozone gas, and a very small amount of water during the operation of the generator. We ensure that the customer will consume the purest hydrogen-rich water possible.
Any of the following could be the reason why our bottle fails to produce bubbles:
- Calcium would have accumulated significantly on the electrodes.
- The SPE PEM membrane would have dried out.
Please complete the cleaning method outlined in the User Manual and continue to use the bottle gain to improve bubble visibility. Make sure the source water is less than 60oC temperature.
To protect the generator from damage, do not run the bottle at the 10-minute cycle twice in succession without opening the top lid.
We suggest using Hydrogen Drops, such as H2 Blue, to determine the concentration of dissolved hydrogen gas in ppm. Furthermore, gas chromatography is the best method.
If distilled water was used, clean the bottle with citric acid or white vinegar at least twice a year. If used with tap water or other mineral water, cleaning should be done every 15 days according to the cleaning instructions provided in the user manual.
